More garage sale sneak peaks

I spent the day in the studio yesterday – yes on a Saturday – cleaning up old work that’s been sitting in boxes for like, YEARS!

I’ll take photos and post them next week but it’s initially kind of sad to be pricing things I really laboured over for their material price only.

Then I realise that it will be great to not have to wrap them back up and put them back in their boxes on Sunday (hopefully!)

raw and semi-finished sterling silver castings at $1.20/g

If I were to send them off for refining I’d get about $1.10 a gram but someone might want to make something out of them and save paying $1.86 a gram for new castings (not to mention the molding and casting fee)

Rocks - the real thing!

The rocks that aren’t in bags or boxes are CZ’s and 3 beautiful and very large facetted pieces of reticulated and dendritic quartz.

Most are at half the price I paid for them.
